In a world that is constantly changing, we believe that our members need to stay ahead of the curve and remain relevant in this dynamic profession of biomedical sciences. We offer continuing education opportunities using online and physical means. We organise conferences and seminars that feature topics relevant to the development of our members.

We bring speakers who are highly accomplished in their fields to share their knowledge and experience as a means of building our members. Some of the topics include how to write a research proposal, grant writing, statistics for laboratory medicine, quality management, biosafety and biosecurity, and entrepreneurship to mention a few.

We work with subject matter experts to develop continuous development programmes (CPD) that improve our members’ knowledge and skills, increase their employability and eases the renewal of their Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ) practicing licences.
